Virtual Convo: Mental Health Break: Zoom Yoga!
This convocation provides all of campus with a midterm mental health break. Professor Emeritus and yoga teacher Ann Hostetler will lead us in a stress-reducing yoga routine that can be done anywhere--in your office, your bedroom, or even the commuter lounge. No equipment or workout clothes needed. Breathe deeply and tune in.
