Members of the Goshen College community and friends will gather at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3 in AD 28 to watch the presidential candidate debate between President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney. This will be an educational and strictly non-partisan event, so those who want to cheer and boo are encouraged to seek Democratic and Republican gatherings elsewhere. The Student Senate, the Communication Department and the Public Relations Office will offer brief presentations by Professor of Communication Duane Stoltzfus and GC student Jon Hershberger along with snacks, debate bingo, fun and a relaxed atmosphere. So please join us as we learn more about the candidates and the key issues and witness a key moment in U.S. history. All are welcome!
