Newcomer Center 19

Lifelong Learning Institute - Digital Photography 101

How do you use a digital camera? How and where can you get pictures developed and prints made? If you have a computer, what simple things can you do to improve the photo after you take it? How do you send pictures by e-mail? What makes a picture stand out? What is the meaning of all those technical sounding words in the instruction book? What replaces the shoe box you used to use for storing negatives? If you own a digital camera, bring it and the instruction book along to class. If you do not have a digital camera, wait to buy one until we have our first discussion about what to look for in a camera.

Classes will be led by Henry (Hank) Weaver on September 5, 7, 12, 14, 2-3:30 pm in Newcomer Center, Room 19.
