Villiers String Quartet

The UK-based Villiers String Quartet will present a concert of chamber music in Sauder Concert Hall on Friday, October 25, 2013, part of the 2013-14 Rieth Chamber Series. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m.

Highlighting the concert is a performance of GC student Henry Stewart's composition "Threnody/Images" which was a finalist in the VQ's inaugural New Music Competition last spring. The VQ will also present string quartets by Elgar and Beethoven.

A free-will offering will be held. There is a suggested donation of $15 per person.
