"Pop-Mennonite" Art Exhibit

New paintings and drawings by Don Swartzentruber of Winona Lake, Indiana, depicting traditional Mennonite culture juxtaposed with images--especially cartoon figures--from American popular culture. Texts and sounds created by the artist add contextual elements to the visual representations. Sponsored in part by the Indiana Arts Commission.

Opening reception Sunday, October 16, 2-4pm in the Library Gallery.
