Instructors from SOLO, a School of Emergency Medicine and Rescue, will lead this 16-hour course. Wilderness First Aid is recommended for trip leaders, outdoor enthusiasts or anyone who needs to be prepared for emergencies in out-of-the-way places. Those who complete the course will receive a two-year certification that is recognized by the American Camping Association, U.S. Coast Guard and various guide licensing boards.
