Nearly 50 high school choral students will participate in workshops and rehearsals with two Goshen College choirs in the 2nd annual Venus & Mars Choral Festival. The Venus & Mars Choral Festival is intended to give area high school students an opportunity to sing in "gendered" choirs, i.e. all-male and all-female ensembles. Select high school students will participate in a day of rehearsals and workshops with the Goshen College Men's Chorus and Women's World Music Choir, and GC choral directors Dr. Debra Brubaker & Dr. Scott Hochstetler. The festival will conclude with a 7:30 p.m. concert in Sauder Concert Hall. This year's festival includes students from Bethany Christian Schools, Goshen High School, Fairfield High School, Concord High School, and Pettisville (Ohio) High School.
