Video conference for area high school youth sponsored by Rotary Clubs of Northern Indiana. U.S. Senator Richard G Lugar will introduce three other guest speakers on the topic of "America's Role as Peacemaker." There will be opportunity for group discussion following the presentations. Invitations to this event will be distributed through the area high schools. The event begins at 9am and ends at 2:30pm.
