Come celebrate the release of a Pinchpenny book that emerged from Magdalen Hess's Ethiopian SST experience in 2002. In The Female House: Nazareth's Forgotten Daughters, Magdalen has compiled the stories of three teenage prostitutes she interviewed during her SST service assignment. This Horswell anthology will be used by the upcoming SST group in spring 2005. Magdalen will be reading from her book this Saturday, Oct. 30, in NC 19 at 6:00. Books are also for sale in NC1.
