The Goshen Coordinated School Health Consortium, a committee working for the wellness of children in the Goshen School system, is sponsoring a special wellness emphasis week during the first week of October. On October 7, students from Parkside Elementary will be walking to Goshen College campus. The round-trip from Parkside to Schrock plaza is approximately one-mile, the goal for elementary children that day. The nursing students from the Community Health Nursing course will be greeting the students and offering a snack of apples and water to the elementary children. Parkside students will be arriving at various times, scheduled as follows: 10am - 2nd grade 10:15 - 1st grade 10:30 4th grade 10:45 - 3rd grade 11:00 - 5th grade
