Event planning for the year 2010-2011 has begun. The institution has developed a process for planning events on the campus within a tier system. This system is to assure that those programs that meet the College?s goals get identified early in the calendar cycle and get the services and space they need to be successful. Tier 1 and tier 2 events will be processed by the middle of the March. The next process is to beginning working on Tier 3 events. Tier 3 events are Department Campus Events. By registering your event during the tier 3 process you will have a better chance of getting the date and space that you would prefer for your event. The tier 3 planning meeting is taking place on Thursday, March 18 from 3pm ? 5pm in the Church Chapel, Koinonia Room.
