This Pulitzer-Prize winning play by Alfred Uhry presents a sentimental, bittersweet, and engaging view of life as three characters reflect on the changing south over a span of 25 years. Issues of dependence, prejudice and pride are illustrated in a relationship that grows into a friendship. The production features A Mixed Company, professional actor, Leonard Stephenson, who played in Valley Song at Umble Center in 2001.
