MLK Study Day begins with a community prayer breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Advance registration required; contact the GC Welcome Center at 535-7566.

At 9:00 a.m. a video, "Veterans of Hope," will be shown in the Church-Chapel. Dr. Vincent Harding, featured in the video, is the guest speaker for the extended convocation, which begins at 10:00 a.m.

Student-led workshops will be held at 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. in various College Church locations.

Additionally, beginning at 9:00 a.m., there will be MLK Kid's Day activities for youth in grades 2-6. This program runs through 12:15 p.m. and requires pre-registration, which can made by contacting Anne Meyer Byler at 533-1996.
