Educational Tour - Treasures of France

You will spend 10 days in France immersed in religious and secular art and culture. Four days in Paris will include the famous sites, the Louvre, Musee Rodin, Notre Dame, a boat tour of the city and time for concert and shopping. You will take side trips to Monet's garden at Giverny, the Chateau de Chantilly and the royal coronation and burial church of Saint-Denis. You will visit Chartres and Mont-St-Michel, spending three days in the Loire Valley visiting several wonderful chateaux and rural villages.

Judith Davis, professor of French and humanities and chair of modern and classical languages and literatures and Judy Wenig-Horswell, associate professor of art will lead the group.

Cost: $2,990 based on 2001 prices and subject to adjustment. Single supplement $315.
