Professor of Sociology, Dr. Thomas J. Meyers, and Assistant Professor of History, Dr. Steve Nolt, have been studying the history and contemporary life of the 22 Old Order communities in the state of Indiana. They will describe the unique regional and cultural variations in the Amish, Old Order Mennonite and Old Brethren German Baptist communities that are spread throughout the state.
