CITL and The Mininger Center will be hosting a Course Development Institute (CDI) during the week of Memorial Day - May 27-30. This event will use an Integrated Course Design model to support faculty in developing new courses or revising courses they have already taught and are planning to teach next year. Participants should choose one course to work on that they will be teaching next year and focus on that course during the CDI. The course can be any course a CDI participant teaches - it does not have to be directly related to the CITL's goals. We will meet from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm daily to hear brief presentations and work in small groups giving each other feedback on course materials. Participants will be free to work on their course in the afternoon hours on their own. More information will be available about the CDI as the time approaches. There are a limited number of seats in this Institute, so please contact Ross Peterson-Veatch at rosspv@goshen.edu if you plan to be a part of this year's CDI. Again, the time commitment is 9-12 daily, with significant work on your own in the afternoons.
