Wendell Berry -- farmer, novelist, essayist, poet, and environmentalist -- will launch the Yoder Public Affairs Lectureship for 2002-03. The title of his lecture is "Two Minds." He will also speak in convocation in the church-chapel on Wednesday, September 18, at 10 a.m., on the question, "Is Life a Miracle?" The public is invited to both of these presentations; no admission fee will be charged.
