The exhibit includes antique and vintage quilts that have been inherited through 2, 3, or 4 generations in families at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church, rural Goshen. The full, crib, and doll size quilts include examples of patchwork, appliqued, embroidered and whole cloth quilts. Photographs document the makers, inheritors and histories of the quilts. In the photograph are Wes Bontrager, pastor, and Dawn Paul with her daughters Lydia and Dulaney, holding family quilts in the exhibit. They stand in front of a pristine crazy patch friendship quilt, dating from 1934, also in the exhibit. Sponsored by the Mennonite-Amish Museum Committee of Goshen College.
