Senior Exhibit I | Opening Reception

Meet the artists:
Ava Lickliter is a graphic design major from Dayton, Ohio, and will present a project focused on designing themed basketball games that celebrate important social causes. Ava enjoys experimenting with color theory, layout composition and design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Elise Jantz is an artist with a focus in ceramics from North Newton, Kansas. Her work explores the uncanny valleys of fear and humor, examining the ways in which we perceive highly recognizable human forms in contexts we do not recognize.
Isaac Sawatzky is a graphic designer from Goshen, Indiana, but spent a significant portion of his childhood in South Africa. His passion for both sport and design has been a constant throughout his life. Isaac is building a career in graphic design while also coaching basketball. Joseph Mounsithiraj is a Goshen native, with a focus on sculpture. "Two Thousand Twenty-Five Leagues" is a series of aluminum sculptures of various marine flora and fauna, creating a unified exhibit that is immersive for the viewer.
Paula Ferrer I Nolla is a Barcelona based graphic designer. Her art magazine presentation is a visual journey through Catalonia, showcasing its rich history, vibrant culture, and captivating beauty. Through bold typography, vibrant color and stunning photography, "The Catalan Dream" delves into the region's history, explores its delicious cuisine, and guides you through must visit destinations and more.
Damjan Mojsin is a graphic designer from Zrenjanin, Serbia. Damjan's project is navigating the beauty of our planet along with thrilling changes that humanity experiences, and the endangerment of earth that has been caused by the same humans. Four pieces in the first part represent one season each, and the second part consists of five pieces that point out causes and offers a call to action - for each and every one of us to STOP before it is too late.
