Goat Cheesemaking Workshop
Ever wanted to learn how to make your own goat cheese? Work
with Merry Lea's animal husbandry expert Ruth Mischler and
undergraduate students in our Agroecology Summer Intensive
program to make different types of cheeses! Meet Merry Lea's
resident goats and turn fresh goat milk into cheese that you
can take home along with different recipes.
This program is intended for adults and no experience is needed!
