Hosted by Ross Peterson-Veatch, at this Open Lunch Discussion members of the faculty and staff are invited to dine together and talk about what matters in General Education for college students in the most general terms. In the following months, Friday Lunch discussions will begin to focus on liberal arts here at GC. These discussions are intended to provide us with an open forum to begin conversations about general education review and revision, how we address interculturalism in the curriculum, and other topics pertinent to the kinds of curricular and co-curricular changes we might hope to implement in the near future at GC.
