David Ostergren Ph.D., candidate for the Director of the Masters in Environmental Education will be presenting a seminar titled, The Russian Protected Area Network: Institutional Reaction and Change in Times of Unequalled Crisis. He has extensive experience working with protected area management in the Siberia and Far East regions of Russia.

Dr. Ostergren is currently an associate professor in the School of Forestry and the Center for Environmental Sciences and Education at Northern Arizona University.
