Wednesday, February 20th, has been named Tuition Free Day. Celebratory activities will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Dining Hall and the Union. This date is approximately two-thirds of the way through the academic year, and represents the point at which revenue from tuition and fees stops covering educational costs. The goal of Tuition Free Day is three-fold: 1) to raise awareness that tuition/fees only cover about 65% of the costs 2) to celebrate that thousands of alumni and friends of the college financially support Goshen College 3) to motivate students to consider "giving back" to GC as alumni. Stop by for cake and treats, and write a quick thank-you note to a donor on Tuition Free Day!
