Rental - Greencroft Gala, featuring Comedian Ken Davis

Ken Davis, the Christian comedian who tells stories that make people of all ages laugh, will present a comedy concert benefit in support of the 20th anniversary of Greencroft Senior Center, Goshen, Ind.

Davis will appear Fri., Mar, 16, 2007, 7 p.m., at Goshen College Music Center's Sauder Concert Hall. Sauder Hall ticket prices apply, with prices ranging from $20-$40.

Tickets are available Mon.-Fri., 9-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-4 p.m. (cash, check, credit card), at the Goshen College Welcome Center, 1700 S. Main St., Goshen. For credit card phone orders, please call 574-535-7566.

"It will be a night full of laughter the whole family will enjoy," Davis said.

The Dallas Morning News called Davis "one of the funniest comedians to come down the pike." He provides a unique mixture of side-splitting humor and inspiration that delights and enriches audiences of all ages.

Davis is the host of a daily radio show, "Lighten Up"; a motivational and inspirational speaker; and author of nine books. As president of Dynamic Communications, he provides seminars and a video series to teach speaking skills to ministry personnel and corporate executives. A graduate of Oak Hills Christian College, Bemidji, Minn., Ken and Diane, his wife, live in Tennessee. The couple have two married daughters.

Greencroft Senior Center, located on the campus of Greencroft Goshen, serves area seniors through social, educational, exercise, nutritional and support group programs and travel opportunities.

The Greencroft Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that operates under the umbrella of Greencroft Retirement Communities. Gifts of cash, appreciated assets, and bequests to the Foundation assist in providing housing and services for seniors.

Greencroft Retirement Communities is a faith-based system providing a continuum of housing and services for 1,400 people in Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties, Ind. Current affiliates include Greencroft Goshen, Greencroft Middlebury, and Southfield Village, South Bend.
