The Nelnet Spring 2020 payment plan is now available. If you sign up for a Spring 2020 plan before October 30, there's no down payment required and you have 6 monthly payments starting in November. Bills don't get generated until November, so use the amount of your fall plan for spring and adjust it after the preliminary bill is available.
