Traditional Calendar: Returning Student MODIFIED Check-in (In person ONLY if a balance is due)

In order to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19, please follow the instructions below for completing the check-in process (residential students, contact Residence Life for move-in details). Fall tuition and bills: Only students who need to pay for fall tuition, finalize a Nelnet payment plan, or have a question about their bill should go in-person to the Church Fellowship Hall on Monday, August 17 between 1-5 pm. Check the Accounting Office webpage for information on retrieving a bill, setting up a payment or finding your current balance.

Financial aid counselors will be available in a Zoom room from 1pm-5pm on Monday, August 17. If you need to talk with them, you can join the Zoom room at this link: https://zoom.us/j/91431420929

Drop off or complete any required documentation or forms at the financial aid table in the College Church Fellowship Hall, during check-in from 1pm-5pm on Monday, August 17.

ID cards that were lost need to be replaced, contact ITS Media.(574) 535-7727

Personal Information Updates need to be completed online via MyGC.

Meal plan changes should be submitted to Chad Coleman, as well as all questions about room and board charges.

Parking passes can be requested online.

International students need to contact Dan Koop Liechty to be sure all insurance information is up-to-date.
