Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center of Goshen College invites the community to tour Rieth Village, a cluster of three new environmentally friendly buildings, Saturday, November 18, 9-11:30 a.m. Learn how this facility saves energy, stores rainwater, makes use of recycled materials and more. Planning a new home or office? This tour is especially geared for people with a building project of their own in mind: bring your questions. Luke Gascho, executive director of Merry Lea, will lead the tour and discussion. Gascho oversaw the building of Rieth Village and is now a frequent speaker on environmentally sustainable buildings.
