Ever wanted to learn how to make your own artisan cheese? Work with Merry Lea’s animal husbandry expert, Ruth Mischler, and undergraduate students in this adult program to make and learn about different types of cheese! Transform local, raw cow milk into cheese that you can take home along with different recipes.
