Apartment 404 is an entertaining, one-episode sitcom pilot. This production is a collaborative effort of three seniors: Tara Hershberger (screenwriter), Sarah Jensen (cinematographer) and Sam Yoder (director).

Full of comic scenarios, Apartment 404 tells a humorous story of the college experience, bringing to the screen some of colleges funny, stressful and educational moments.
